Neil Coombs, Partner & Principal Consultant
An experienced business leader and trusted HR professional, Neil’s passion is in helping professional firms by driving strategy through effective HR management. Neil prides himself on his ability to create and maintain relationships with employees and leaders, understanding the needs of the organization and the people who work there.
Neil is an active community volunteer, currently serving as President of CPHR NL, and Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of CPHR Canada. He also serves on a number of HR advisory boards and coaches minor hockey in his spare time. Neil has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations from Memorial University of Newfoundland and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).

Jada Ruttgaizer, Senior Consultant
Jada Ruttgaizer is a Chartered Professional in HR (CPHR) with nine years of progressive human resources experience – primarily focusing in Oil & Gas and the Construction industry. Her areas of specialization include recruitment and selection, on-boarding, performance management and employee relations. She is passionate about her work and loves helping to create empowered teams that achieve organizational goals.
Jada works with clients onsite or remotely, and strives to provide them with expert and timely support.

Susan is a seasoned practitioner, lecturer and researcher in the field of human capital and leadership development. She has worked closely with public and private organizations to develop strategies for change with both emerging and experienced leaders across Canada and internationally.
Susan assists organizations to focus on enhancing best practices and creating new strategies for growth.
As a consultant and lecturer, Susan has designed and delivered multiple courses for both the private and public sector as well as universities.

Jessica Cahill, HR Consultant
Jessica is an experienced Human Resources and Labour Relations Advisor with a strong background in the unionized construction industry. She has had the opportunity to work on projects across Newfoundland, Labrador and Alberta where she was responsible for recruitment, onboarding and providing HR/LR services to over 1200 employees.
Jessica has built and maintained effective working relationships with employees, management, union representatives and clients throughout her career. With her demonstrated abilities, she is a firm believer that relationships are a key factor to strengthening and improving organizational success.
