Neil is an active community volunteer, currently serving as President of CPHR NL, and Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of CPHR Canada. He also serves on a number of HR advisory boards and coaches minor hockey in his spare time. Neil has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations from Memorial University of Newfoundland and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).

Jada Ruttgaizer is a Chartered Professional in HR (CPHR) with nine years of progressive human resources experience – primarily focusing in Oil & Gas and the Construction industry.
