It seems like yesterday we were discussing how baby boomers and Generation X employees could better communicate. As a Gen-X myself , it is comical to see how this has now gone full circle with Gen-Y employees.
One thing is certain…if an employer does not deliver, Generation Y employees have no qualms about exiting an organization. They know that they have options (including starting their own businesses), Generation Y employees are a powerful force that can be harnessed but…you first need to know what they want and how to communicate with these employees in a meaningful fashion.
