With 13 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment, Sarah is passionate about connecting people with opportunity. Her background includes full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and working within both unionized and non-unionized environments across the marine, oil and gas, transportation, and logistics industries.

A proud graduate of the College of the North Atlantic’s Business Management – Human Resource Management program, Sarah holds both the Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) and LINX HR – Senior Leader (SL) designations, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence.

Known as a true people person, Sarah thrives on building long-lasting, trusted relationships and brings strong quality assurance and research skills to every project. She believes that behind every resume is a story — and she loves being part of helping people write their next chapter.
